These daily stock picks are displaying over-bought properties. These properties are ususally caused by over-reaction of investors in the stock market. As the fundamental values of the stock do not change, the stock price will decrease back to reflect the value of the stock.
Because these stocks are in over-bought levels, its chance of it going down is at best when the stock is a channeling stock. Price oscillations of channeling stocks provide a high chance for another oscillation.
To trade these picks, make sure there are no significant changes in the fundamentals of the stocks. In addition, strong self-discipline is required to endure the emotional stress.
As these hot stock picks are updated every day before the stock market opens, it is best to short the stocks at market open.

  • Hi there stockexpert. I was searching for the latest information on day trading training and somehow, which I don't understand, found your site. Although this post wasn't what I was interested in, I'm sure glad I found it. It's really amazing how on the Internet you can sit down and look for one thing, such as day trading training and find totally unrelated interesting stuff and spend hours reading about stuff other than what you were searching for. I'll keep on looking for day trading training but I just had to comment on how much I enjoyed reading the comments here.

  • stockexpert, I get incredibly sidetracked on the Internet. I'm supposed to be searching on emini trading method but got sidetracked here somehow and am reading about this post instead. It's amazing how something that's supposed to take a few minutes ends up taking a few hours because it's so much more interesting reading about this post than searching on emini trading method like I'm supposed to be doing.
